Seated Meal Information Request

Seated meal service is perfect for a more formal occasion. If your guest count is under 50, please choose only one entrée. If your guest count is above 50 you may choose 2 entrees. You will be required to give an exact count of each entrée needed one week prior to the event date. Seated menus are accompanied by dinner salad, bread, iced tea & coffee. Optional menu items include soup and dessert.

Seated Dinner Menu
All dinner menus are accompanied by the following: freshly brewed iced tea and coffee, dinner salad and freshly baked dinner rolls. A cup of soup and dessert are also available upon request.
Chicken Breast Spinach Roulades  Joey’s signature Spinach Madeline is rolled into a tenderized chicken breast and baked. It is then sliced and topped with a smooth pepper jack cheese sauce. Prime Ribeye   A generous portion carved from a whole, boneless, rotisserie-cooked Prime Ribeye cooked to a medium doneness (slightly pink). Accompanied by a Stuffed Baked Potato and Roasted Asparagus with Proscuitto. $38.98 - 35-50 guests; $35.98 - 51 or more guests

Dinner Salads (Chioce of one)
House Garden Salad   Seasonal greens and vegetables with tomato and cucumber slices, shredded carrots, purple cabbage and spinach with a classic dressing.
Classic Caesar Salad   Freshly shredded parmesan and Joey’s own specially seasoned croutons top the romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.
Orange and Walnut Salad   Mandarin orange slices, red onion, toasted walnuts and romaine lettuce are tossed with our special croutons and Joey’s sweet and sour dressing.

Cheesecake Slice   with our wonderful strawberry or blueberry sauce. $3.50
Fruit Tart   with a sweet dough pie crust which is filled with a cream cheese filling and then strawberries, kiwi, and mandarin orange slices that are layered and glazed. Deliciously beautiful! $3.50
Trio Cake Napoleon   brings together three layers of cake with strawberry, vanilla and chocolate filling which is sprinkled with powdered sugar and topped with a strawberry fan. $4.50
Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake Wrap   is chocolate truffle cake with raspberry filling, resting on a bed of raspberry sauce. This is topped with chocolate mousse and then wrapped in a sheet of chocolate. Designed chocolate decorates the top. $5.00
White Chocolate American Wrap   consists of white cake with Bavarian cream filling topped with whipped topping, strawberries and blueberries, and wrapped with a sheet of white chocolate. $5.00
Chocolate Mousse Cake   combines four layers of chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling which is then covered with a creamy fudge icing and decorated with chocolate dipped strawberries. $5.00


Bar Service - We recommend a 30 minute mingle time at the begining of your event offering beer, wine & soft drinks.
Open Bar  Host will be responsible for cost of all beverages consumed during the event. Beverage cost will be due at the end of the event. Select beverages to serve from the above listing.
Cash Bar  Guests will be responsible for any beverage purchases.
Bar Tender Service Only  Offsite Only - Joey's will provide bartneder(s) for service of host provided beverages. All bar set ups must be provided by the host. This includes icing down cold beverages such as beer & wine. Bar should be set up with glassware, ice, drink garnishes, etc.
Beverages Only  Offsite Only - Joey's will provide beverages selected by the host for delivery or pick up.
Beverages Provided by Host  Offsite Only - Host will be responsible for all aspects of beverage service including clean up.

Coffee Service  Joey's will provide complete coffee set up including urn, cream, sugar, and disposable cups. If you require china cups, saucer and silver for coffee service, please select in the equipment section below.

Joey’s Fireside Room Service & Equipment
Available Monday-Saturday 6:30pm til; Sunday - All Day
Accommodates up to 150 guests for stand up functions or 80 guests for seated functions
Minimum guest count 35
Fireside Room Events include full service with uniformed attendants. The number of attendants are dependant on number of guests and type of services required. If you would like additional servers or butler passed hors’doeuvres, please make a note in the comment section below. Complete Fireside Room set up includes chafing dishes, silver trays & serving utensils, glass plates and glassware, tables and linens. Any special request should be discussed prior to acceptance of proposal.
